WHERE TO MEASURE

Where to measure

ARM LENGTH

1. Arm Length

Measure from the center of the back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down the outside of your arm to the wrist bone.

BUST/CHEST

2. Bust/Chest

With arms relaxed down at your sides, measure the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

NATURAL WAIST

3. Natural Waist

Your natural waist is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist like a belt to measure.

HIPS

4. Hips

Measure the fullest part of your hips/waist by standing with your feet together and with the tape measure parrallel to the floor.

INSEAM

5. Inseam

Grab your favorite pair of yoga pants and measure the inseam, starting at the crotch seam to the bottom of the pant leg. Round to the nearest 1/2 inch.
